The National Black Men in Leadership Conference: Purpose-Driven Leadership – Lead. Serve. Taking place on Thursday, August 13, 2026, at Huntington Place in Detroit, Michigan, this powerful convening brings together Black men and allies from a wide range of industries, sectors, and leadership journeys to celebrate excellence, share strategies, and advance collective progress.

Centered on the theme “Purpose-Driven Leadership – Lead. Serve. Elevate.”, the conference explores the power and responsibility of leading with purpose. It calls Black men to lead with intention, serve with impact, and elevate their communities, families, careers, and future generations. Through this lens, the conference examines how purpose can serve as a guiding force for decision-making, influence, and long-term transformation across all spheres of leadership.
