Woman of Merit Award

The Woman of Merit Award honors an exceptional woman whose achievements, character, and contributions reflect excellence through purpose, integrity, and impact. This award recognizes a woman who leads by example—demonstrating sustained commitment to her profession, community, or cause—while intentionally creating pathways for others to succeed.

Recipients are distinguished not only by what they have accomplished, but by how they lead, support others, and create meaningful opportunities for growth and success.

Award Criteria

Nominees for the Woman of Merit Award should demonstrate excellence in the following areas:

• 🌟 Excellence in Purpose and Practice: Demonstrates a consistent commitment to purpose-driven work through actions, decisions, and accomplishments that create meaningful results in her field or community.
• 🌟 Leadership & Influence: Leads with intention and positively influences others through her actions, decisions, and example.
• 🌟 Integrity & Character: Consistently demonstrates ethical leadership, accountability, and authenticity.
• 🌟 Empowerment of Others: Actively supports, mentors, or advocates for others—especially women and underrepresented voices.
• 🌟 Community & Social Impact: Uses her leadership to give back, build community, or contribute to a greater purpose beyond herself.
